Plastic waste problem is complex; however, as one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change, finding a solution is a necessity. This indicates that we could not stop or decrease waste in the meantime, however, we could tackle this issue by empowering and input the creativity of waste management through in a long-term vision for the future ahead of us by connecting people and environmental care on waste by implementing the project that allows young people to initiate their ideas and present their artworks to the public. Artists use their work to promote environmental awareness in many ways. One way is through ecological art, which is based on the phenomena of splashing paint on nature. Combining art and the environment has helped as a driving force empowering political and environmental developments 1. (WWF) Another way is through public art installations that are created to raise awareness about environmental issues. Public art capitalizes on the power of socially-aware works, reaching people in their everyday environments and confronting them with social injustice that is otherwise easily ignored 1. (WWF)
Insight Tech: The next generation

Insight Tech: The Next Generation is a two-phase project implementation designed to encourage students to step into the world of ICT and equip them for success in both university life and future careers in the tech industry. This project is driven by the lack of awareness and knowledge among high school students and university freshmen about the urgent need for technology skills in the 21st century. As the demand for professionals with technology-related skills rapidly increases in today's job market, this uncertainty creates confusion and a lack of direction, hindering students from making informed academic and professional choices. Furthermore, a significant gender disparity exists in the field of ICT, with low female participation.
Rainbow Mission

According to a study conducted by the Center for American Progress, LGBTQI+ individuals continue to experience significantly higher rates of discrimination than non-LGBTQI+ individuals, a trend that holds true in virtually every setting surveyed—including health care, employment, housing, and public spaces. Such discrimination has substantial adverse effects on economic, physical, and mental well-being, and many LGBTQI+ individuals alter their behavior to avoid experiencing discrimination. These challenges often result in feelings of exclusion, loneliness, and self-doubt that undermine confidence and impede success. Additionally, members of the LGBTQ+ community may face systemic barriers such as unequal treatment, lack of representation, and biased policies in the workplace. These factors may limit their ability to showcase their talents and skills, and may prevent them from reaching their full potential as leaders. The project will demonstrate an increased understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, use correct and inclusive language, and actively engage in behaviors that promote inclusivity, fostering a supportive and affirming environment for all individuals regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
